The Maldives Association of HR
Professionals (MAHRP) has officially unveiled its latest professional
development initiative, the TVRLS Certified HR Audit 2500 program. This comprehensive
five-day training course is set to revolutionize the HR landscape in the
Maldives by equipping participants with advanced skills in Human Resource
Development (HRD) auditing and introducing the groundbreaking HRD Scorecard
2500™ scoring method.
Scheduled to take place from
December 10 to 12, the program will feature physical sessions, followed by two
additional virtual sessions, providing a flexible learning experience for busy
HR professionals. This initiative aligns with MAHRP’s mission to drive
improvements in HR policies and practices across the Maldives’ key industries,
such as hospitality and tourism, while integrating global best practices
through partnerships with international HR organizations.
Participants in the program will gain mastery over the HRD Audit process and the HRD Scorecard 2500™, a system designed to conduct a scientific and systematic evaluation of HR practices, strategies, systems, and leadership styles. The training is tailored to enhance participants' ability to critically assess their organizations' HR functions, allowing them to implement more effective and efficient HR strategies.
On successful completion of the
course, participants will receive a Certificate of Professional Competence in
HRD Audit 2500, a credential that signifies expertise in HR auditing and a
commitment to upholding high standards within the HR field. This certification
is expected to open doors for professionals looking to advance their careers
and lead strategic HR initiatives within their organizations.
As part of its ongoing efforts to
support professional growth within the HR sector, MAHRP has structured the
program to be accessible to both members and non-members. The cost for MAHRP
members is set at USD 769 per participant, while non-members can join the
program for USD 799. These fees include all training materials, assessments,
and the final certification.
MAHRP has consistently played a
pivotal role in advocating for enhanced HR practices in the Maldives,
particularly in sectors like tourism and hospitality. By engaging with
international HR bodies, the association ensures that Maldivian HR
professionals are equipped with the latest tools and strategies to meet global
standards.
With the TVRLS Certified HR Audit
2500 program, MAHRP continues to solidify its position as a leader in HR
development, helping to shape the future of human resources in the Maldives.
Interested professionals are encouraged to register for this opportunity to
sharpen their HR skills and make a significant impact within their
organizations.
