The Ooredoo building in Malé has been illuminated with the words “Fun Run” as part of a vibrant promotion leading up to this year’s Ooredoo Fun Run, scheduled for 19th December. The company has launched a special social media campaign inviting the public to take part for a chance to win an exclusive prize.
According to
Ooredoo Maldives, participants can join the promotion by capturing a video of
the Ooredoo building with the “Fun Run” lighting clearly visible and
sharing it on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok using the hashtag #OoredooFunRun.
All entries posted by 31st October will be eligible for the draw, and
one lucky winner will be randomly selected to receive a special prize.
The building’s
lighting display, which will remain on every night until the end of the month,
serves as a glowing reminder of the upcoming Fun Run — one of Ooredoo’s most
anticipated community events. The annual event is celebrated for its inclusive
and cheerful atmosphere, inviting participants of all ages to come together in
the spirit of fitness, fun, and community.
Ooredoo
highlighted that the Fun Run will take place across various islands this year,
bringing the excitement to more people than ever before. The initiative not
only aims to promote health and wellness but also strengthens community bonds
through shared experiences and digital engagement.
With the
building shining brightly against the Malé skyline, Ooredoo’s campaign merges
physical and digital participation — turning the run-up to the Fun Run itself
into a celebration of creativity, connection, and community spirit.
