Ooredoo Launches Limited-Time Cashback Promotion for ‘Text a Coffee’ Transactions

Ooredoo Maldives has introduced a limited-time promotion offering customers 20 rufiyaa cashback for every “Text a Coffee” transaction above 50 rufiyaa. The telecom company announced that the offer is valid until tomorrow and applies to all vendors featured on the “Text a Coffee” portal.

According to Ooredoo, both prepaid and postpaid customers are eligible to benefit from the campaign. For prepaid users, the amount spent will be deducted directly from their mobile balance, while postpaid customers will see the charge reflected in their monthly bill. The cashback will be credited to customers’ m-Faisaa wallets within 24 hours of the transaction, though payments made over weekends will be processed on the following working day.

Ooredoo highlighted that even customers who do not currently have an m-Faisaa wallet can take advantage of the promotion. They will receive the cashback once the wallet is activated and the transaction is completed within 10 days.

The company added that the 20 rufiyaa cashback can be used at all outlets that accept m-Faisaa payments, as well as for rufiyaa transfers, offering customers greater flexibility in how they redeem the reward.

Ooredoo said the promotion is part of its ongoing efforts to enrich the digital experience of its customers by combining convenience with added value.
