Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has announced that it conducted a remarkable 447 training programs for its employees during the past three months, underscoring the company’s commitment to continuous workforce development and operational excellence.
According to
MACL, the extensive training sessions were organized by its Learning and
Development Department throughout the third quarter of 2025. A total of 7,773

company’s own certified trainers. The initiative aims to ensure that MACL’s
employees remain well-trained, competent, and prepared to meet the evolving
