The new A321 aircraft, featuring
68 lie-flat seats, promises to elevate the passenger experience with
unparalleled comfort and service on Beond’s growing route network. The aircraft
is adorned with the airline’s signature dark grey and copper livery, continuing
Beond’s commitment to delivering a stylish and premium service for modern
travelers. The latest addition is poised to serve passengers across key
destinations, including Milan, Zurich, Munich, Riyadh, and Dubai, further
enhancing the airline’s operational readiness.
Beond’s journey began in November
2023, with the launch of commercial services using its first aircraft, an
Airbus A319, which featured 44 all-lie-flat seats. Since then, the airline has
been connecting the Maldives to major cities across Europe, the Middle East,
and Asia. The unveiling of the second aircraft is part of Beond's broader
expansion strategy, which includes new routes from Europe, Dubai, and Bangkok
to the Maldives. The airline also secured authorization to fly passengers
between Zurich, Switzerland, and the UAE, reflecting growing confidence in its
vision.
Beond, a joint venture between
the investment firm Arabesque and Maldivian hospitality company SIMDI Group,
was created to cater to a niche market of premium travelers seeking tailored
experiences. With innovative aviation technology and luxury services, Beond is
positioning itself as a leader in the premium leisure sector, offering a unique
blend of comfort and elegance for discerning passengers.
As Beond continues to grow, its
fleet expansion highlights the airline’s ongoing commitment to delivering the
best in luxury air travel, ensuring a seamless and refined experience for all
who fly with them.
