Bank of Maldives has partnered as the main sponsor of the National Skills and Career Expo 2025 (Vara Expo 2025), which opened today at Central Park in Hulhumalé.

Organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Labour and Skill Development, the Expo aims to empower Maldivian youth by connecting them with hundreds of job opportunities, training programs, and education placements.

As part of its participation, BML is showcasing internship programs, scholarship opportunities, and industrial placements available for students and young professionals. The Bank’s representatives are also offering career guidance and coaching to help job seekers prepare for the workforce.

Last year’s Expo attracted over 10,000 visitors, and this year’s event is expected to see an even greater turnout. Vara Expo 2025 will continue until 10 p.m. on Saturday, 8th November at Central Park, Hulhumalé.
